One focused block
Interactive Exercises · 25 min
25 minutes on one thing, then a real break
Switching between tasks is tiring. One short block of single focus gets more done and feels calmer.
Steps
- Choose one task. Write it down in a single line.
- Silence notifications and put the phone in another room or face down.
- Set a timer for 25 minutes and work only on that task. If another thought comes, jot it down and return.
- When it ends, take a real 5-minute break: stand, stretch, drink water, look outside.
