On comparison, timelines and your own pace
It's easy to feel late: others married earlier, earned more, figured it out faster. Comparison makes every life look like a race you're losing.
But you only see other people's highlights, and your own behind-the-scenes. That comparison is never fair.
Lives don't run on one schedule. Some things come early, some late, and some in a different shape than you expected.
A better question than "Am I behind?" is "What is the next good step for me?" That one always has an answer.
